The fruit of the Spirit...

The fruit of the Spirit is essential  in our life.

They are Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness,  Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-control.( Galatians 5:22)

When you go through a hard time either with your family or your friends and you find it hard to show them Love, Patience, Kindness. Think of God who shows us his Love. Who is Patience with us all the time even when we are stubborn he has the Patience for us.

And who showed us Kindness when we felt lonely. Don't be afraid for I am with you. says the Lord.

Keep watering your fruit of the Spirit so it ripens to be a nice bunch.

Well I have a  Christmas performance tonight for choir it is going to be good.

You always have a choice.

You always have a choice in life. A life to live or a life not to. ( Personally I would rather live.)
We have a choice to believe or not to. I choose too. At the age of six I gave my life to God and every day my walk and faith in him grows stronger.
God gives us eternal life, And even if we choose not to have the eternal life, God will wait patiently until we excepted.
His Love reaches to heavens. Doesn't matter what our choice is he still Loves us, We are his children and he will let us choose, But he will guided us through our life.

Choices aren't made easy it is hard sometimes. But hey we would not learn anything if it was not hard.
If you choose to run your life it will be harder to do things, But if you let God run your life things would get easier as we go alone.
Everyone has a challenge in their lives, We all go through the hard times, With God's help we can get through all the hard times and challenges in our lives.
Take it one baby step at a time.

God's plan for you and me.

God has a plan for you and me. He does not want to harm us he wants what is best for us.
God is the future why not look forward to his coming. He came once and he will come again.
FOR I KNOW THE PLANS I HAVE FOR YOU,"SAYS THE LORD.
THEY ARE PLANS FOR GOOD AND NOT FOR DISASTER, TO GIVE YOU A FUTURE AND A HOPE. ( Jeremiah 29:11)
God's plan and timing are alway correct. His will be done in our lives.
Have you ever wondered what his will for our lives are? Or do we concentrate  on doing our own will.
Doing what is best for us. NO. He knows what is best for us listen to his word when he says.
I know the plans I have for you. Let him plan your life.

Our life is like a book we tend to like to write it our selves and control our own lives.
Why not let him write your story  he has a plan and knows what goes on. Let him control your life.

What is Love?

Have you asked yourself, What is Love?
Well love is a gift. The ability to love, be loved is truly a gift. ( Carolyn Larsen)
Love is patient, Love is kind, without love it is impossible to be either of these.
God's love is unfailing. He taught us to love one another.
Love is what brings us together. Binds us to God.
1 John 4: 7-21 tell us about love.
Love has no fear, perfect love expels all fears. we can experience his full love for his love is perfect.
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and soul and mind.

Life is hard without God.

Life is hard without God in it. Without God there is no peace, no love in our lives.
Love is God. He loved us first that's why we love today.
If God did not love us this world would not be happy. God gave us a life to be his children and to be happy.
So why not live the life God gave us to live. LIVE FOR GOD! I say.
For God so loved the world that he gave his only son whoever believes in him shall not perish but have enteral life. ( John 3:16)
Live for God doesn't matter how hard life is.

The storm and the rainbow in our lives.

God's promises are like the rainbow he sent to Noah. The rainbow in our life.
A friend said to me. The hardships in our life, are not there to weaken us. But it is a test of our Faith in God.
That draws us closer to him. Whatever worries you have they will pass. It is just like a big storm and the rainbow.
Our life can be like a big storm but then a rainbow appears in the end .And we are happy.
There is a reason why the storm forms over our life, there is a reason rainbows come out and prevail.
It is all God's plan for us.

Don't worry if your day is tough God has a reason. To strengthen you.
Don't give up. You are only limited by your fears and inaction.
When our mind says give up, Hope says try it  one more time.
God is a Hope and strength in times of weakness.

Winter ends Spring Begins

Well, on Wednesday my brother Benjamin had his 17th birthday. So on Saturday we celebrated his birthday with my sister Lisel and Mark and my nephew Jonathan ... so cute.  (Christina couldn't come on Wednesday so we made it on Saturday). Traditionally we  let the birthday person pick a movie and the dinner that they want. Benjamin picked nachos for dinner on Wednesday and satay pizza on Saturday. His movie for Wednesday was Riddick.
But the good thing is Winter ended and Spring began. What  fine days we are having. This time last year it was raining, then in January we had a flash flood - scary!
Well, I have to go. I think I am doing some acting with the others.

Blessings

Today was a normal day at work, but at the end of the day  a friend and a brother in Christ who had been looking for a buyer for his Ford Laser (well it belonged to his aunt)and knew I was interested came over after work today so dad and I could look at it and give it a test drive. Yeah! I am going to get my first car. AWESOME.

Praise be to our Lord Jesus Christ. I have prayed that he will give me the right car at the right time.
I was praying for a Ford Laser -Auto, air conditioning, blue, (this one is white I like all the same and I don't really care what color it is) five door hatchback,...so cool. It is a gift from God and I thank him from the bottom of my heart.

Any way the blessing in all this is that he has provided me with a car that I  asked for, years ago.

Do you ever count sheep?
Well instead of counting sheep - count your blessings from the Lord.
One of the blessings we have in our life is God. He is our everyday blessing. We don't deserve him but he cares and loves us and that is a blessing in itself.
When someone talks to you and you listen to them, it is a blessing both to you and to them.
Remember your blessings this week and praise God for them.

Walking is peaceful

Going on walks, when it is just you, and a gentle breeze blows, you can talk to God about what is on your mind. Just him and I having "Jam" which stands for Jesus and me time.
You and I can hang out with friends and have a great time but spending  time with God is a precious moment. Listening to what he has to say. He is the best adviser and he can be your best friend (he will never leave you nor forsake you.)Joshua 1:5
That is why walks are peaceful. It is my time to speak out and he will listen.
Today at Church the message was really good. It was about Abraham's Faith and trust in God... basically what my Blog is about.
It was also on letting go. It is hard to let go but with God's help we can do it. I find it hard to let go of the things  that mean a lot to me. God help me with this!
Anyway, without God there is no peace but with him we have enteral life.
May God the father and Christ Jesus our Lord give you grace mercy and peace.1 Timothy 1:2

Faith In God

Have any of you asked the question what is Faith?
Well this is what the Bible says Faith is.
Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us the assurance about things we cannot see.
By Faith we understand that the entire universe was formed at God's command, that what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen.
Hebrews 11 speaks of great examples of faith, without faith it is  impossible to see we are blinded but with faith we are able to see and believe.
Those who have faith believe that  God exist even when we can't see him; we don't need to see him to believe the Bible tells us about him that he sent his only son into our world to help our faith grow and to save us from our sins.
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that his rewards those who earnestly seek him. ( Hebrews 11: 6)
That my dear friends is what Faith isall about. Believe and know God. Have Faith in Him.
